Current Tattoo & Piercing Regulations that were updated in the fall of 2019 in Kentucky, ban anyone under the age of 16 from getting tattoos or body piercings. This does not include ear piercings of any type. 

If you're 16 or 17 and want a tattoo or body piercing, or if you're under 18 and want an ear piercing of any type, you must have our consent form signed by your legal guardian and you must have the form notarized. Please make sure that the notary who signs our consent form signs their name and writes down the expiration date of their notary status. Whichever legal guardian signs for you, must accompany you so we can meet them and copy their state or federal photo ID.
